We hired Damian and team to repair a structural issue in the back of our house. They took care of consulting with the architect and with the town obtaining proper permits. They did a flawless job which included removing a gargantuan metal fan that was crushing the wall, replacing it with a windows, installing support for the back wall followed by painting. They checked in with us at every step letting us know what to expect always very honest and easy to communicate with. We will work with them again and are grateful to have found them. The whole inside of house (walls, ceilings) needed repainting and in many areas sheet rocked. Two layers of roof ripped off and new roof put in place. We have a small area on 2nd floor that has a flat roof. They installed a metal capping around it then added a skated roof over the flat roof area. Fixed and stained wooden hand rails to 2nd floor. Installed carpeting in small hallway, up the stairs to 3rd floor and in 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. They also painted all outside trim and 3 porches
including hand rails. They re cemented some of my side walk.
